One product, selected platforms

Proposed commercial terms cover one purchaser and one owned product / brand, with source modification and distribution of its compiled application. No public source uploads, source-template resale or sublicensing. Viewing this page grants no license.

Configure independently

Hosting, Firebase / Google Cloud, SMS, Maps, LiveKit, domains, developer memberships and store fees are buyer costs. Use your own accounts, keys and signing. iChat production users, infrastructure, balances and service access are excluded.

Support with a boundary

The proposed scope includes 30 calendar days of configuration questions and 90 calendar days of reproducible defects in the agreed revision. Final response coverage is agreed in writing. No lifetime updates, unlimited customization or store approval guarantee.

Rights and remedies

Third-party components retain their licenses and required notices. Original iChat branding and unverified artwork are not granted for buyer reuse. The final agreement must address delivery failures, material scope mismatches and refunds; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Source availability is not production acceptance.

Native Mac has no implemented RTC endpoint or StoreKit purchase flow. Backend foundation is not a one-click replica of the live service or a completed admin platform. Phone sign-in and cloud AI are not enabled production features. Performance, store approval and full four-platform parity are not promised.
