Before you purchase
Sales are available only when checkout explicitly offers the selected package. A package listing, proposed price, availability check or PayPal approval does not by itself grant a license. Do not send funds outside an active order. Until a package completes its delivery checks, its checkout stays unavailable.
The order records the package, platforms, exact source-archive checksum, license version, price and your acceptance before payment. The verified purchaser is the license holder unless a different purchaser is agreed in writing. Your order-reference email alone does not prove ownership of a payment.
What the license allows
After verified payment and delivery of the agreed package, the licensor grants a non-exclusive commercial license to privately use, copy and modify the covered original source for one purchaser-owned product or brand on the purchased platforms, and to distribute that product as compiled applications. There is no per-end-user seat fee for that product.
Your employees and contractors may access the source only to work on that product under equivalent confidentiality and use restrictions. Private development copies and backups are allowed. Additional products, brands or transfer to another purchaser require a separate written agreement.
Source and service boundaries
You may not publish, resell or redistribute the covered original source as source, a template, library or competing source kit, or sublicense it to others. This is a commercial source-available license, not an OSI open-source license. Third-party components retain their own licenses; these restrictions do not remove rights those licenses independently grant.
The package manifest and disclosed scope define delivery. Client source does not include a ready-to-use backend unless that backend is expressly included and available. You supply your own compatible backend, cloud and store accounts, configuration, keys, signing, domains and hosting. The disconnected setup screen is not evidence that online features have passed buyer-environment testing.
No iChat production access, user data, balances, developer accounts, signing credentials, original iChat brand rights or excluded artwork is included. WeChat, Weibo and X are descriptive design references only; no affiliation or third-party endorsement is granted. Other platform packages remain unavailable until their own checks pass.
Payment, delivery and recovery
The final total and currency are shown before you confirm payment. A redirect or screenshot is not a payment receipt. The server must verify the merchant, order, package, amount, currency and completed payment before authorizing the exact private archive. Download authorization does not prove that your device saved the whole file.
Where available, save the order recovery file and keep it private: it contains a credential for order access. An email address alone cannot restore an order. If delivery fails, retry the same order or contact support with its order ID and payment reference; do not pay a second time to recover the first purchase. Never send your PayPal password or recovery key to support.
Duplicate verified payments or inability to deliver the purchased package have a full-refund review path. For a material scope mismatch or reproducible acceptance failure, contact support for repair or replacement and, if unresolved, an appropriate refund or other remedy. No blanket “downloaded means no refund” rule applies; mandatory rights and the payment provider's dispute process remain unaffected.
Support and continuing use
The agreed delivered revision includes 30 calendar days of setup questions and 90 calendar days of reproducible defect support, starting at delivery. Custom development, backend migration, production operations and store submission are separate. No lifetime updates, round-the-clock response, app-store approval, revenue, zero latency or complete platform parity is promised.
Subject to these terms, the license for the purchased revision does not require a subscription. Refunds, payment reversals or an uncured material breach can end the associated license or future private access to the extent permitted by law. No service can remotely erase files already downloaded. Third-party license obligations and mandatory rights continue to apply.
Rights, responsibilities and contact
The original-source grant covers only rights the licensor actually holds. Required third-party licenses and notices accompany an accepted package. Each party remains responsible for its own lawful conduct and applicable obligations; this license does not certify a buyer's privacy, age-safety, content, tax or store compliance.
