1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher local minimum age, legally required guardian permission and other eligibility rules. iChat999 is not directed to children under 13. A store rating does not verify age or override local law. Current registration uses a self-reported minimum-age confirmation; it does not independently verify your age.
2. Before sharing
Public iShare can reach people outside your contacts. Do not post your school, home address, live whereabouts, identity documents, phone number or another person's private information. Check the audience of Personal iShare; recipients can save copies, so personal sharing is not a guarantee of confidentiality.
Use camera, microphone and location permissions only when needed. Do not share your location, password or verification codes with strangers. Confirm that location sharing has stopped when you leave a session, and manage permissions in device settings. Do not accept requests from strangers for money, gifts or secret meetings; stop contact and ask a trusted adult for help if threatened.
Read the Privacy Policy for data, region and permission information. This page does not promise automatic profile hiding, age detection or prevention of all adult contact.
3. Harassment, grooming or sextortion
Do not pay an extortion demand, send more private content, or forward suspected illegal images. Report the content or account using Report → Child Safety; use the long-press menu for a received message. Block unwanted contact and ask a trusted adult for help.
If the control is missing, submission fails or you cannot sign in, email the designated safety contact with relevant identifiers and a short factual description. Keep the username, content link or report identifier and approximate time. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM, passwords or verification codes. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first; platform email is not an emergency hotline.

4. Guardian and account help
Parents or guardians may report an ineligible account, harassment or exploitation, or request privacy assistance at the safety email. We check appropriate authority or account ownership before account-related action and do not disclose conversations merely on an email request. Do not send identity documents in your first message.
Use the available in-app deletion control or read account deletion help. The website deletion form is support intake, not immediate deletion. Safety, transaction and legally required records may be subject to retention exceptions.
5. iPoints and purchases
iPoints are virtual feature units, not cash. Do not borrow someone else's payment account, trade accounts or exchange points for private information. Obtain guardian permission where required. Guardians can use the purchasing approvals and payment controls available through their Apple or Google account. Availability depends on the device and store; these controls are not an iChat999 parental-control feature. Read the purchase and refund terms before purchasing.

- 在对应内容或用户菜单选择举报 → 儿童安全；举报收到的消息使用长按菜单。需要时屏蔽或拉黑对方。
- 记录用户名、内容链接或举报编号及发生时间，向可信赖的成年人求助。若入口失效、无法登录或需要补充信息，联系安全负责人。
- 若有即时人身危险，先联系当地紧急服务或执法机构。平台邮箱不是紧急救援热线。
