iChat is currently developed and operated by an individual developer, not a registered charity, bank, broker, investment fund or public company. References to a future company, financing, expansion, valuation or public offering are aspirations only and may never occur.
Product information
The website describes current features and development plans in good faith. Screens, availability, compatibility, pricing, points rules and release dates may change. Descriptions such as “global”, “strongest” or comparisons with other products express product ambition and positioning, not an independently verified ranking or performance guarantee.
Voluntary support
Crypto transfers and other contributions are voluntary support for independent development. They do not purchase iChat Points or services and do not create equity, debt, voting rights, profit sharing, priority access, refunds or any other financial return. They are not charitable contributions, and no tax-deductible receipt is issued. Any future investment discussion is separate and requires eligibility checks, legal review and a signed agreement.
Blockchain transfers are public and normally irreversible. Verify the wallet address, asset and network before sending. The sender bears network fees, price volatility, mistaken-address or wrong-network loss, and their own reporting and tax obligations.

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
