Never allowed
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or attempts to obtain such material.
- Credible threats, terrorism support, instructions for serious violence, or praise of real-world atrocities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or sexual content intended to evade age protections.
- Targeted harassment, hateful dehumanization, doxxing, stalking, blackmail or coordinated abuse.
- Fraud, impersonation, malware, credential theft, spam, manipulated engagement or deceptive financial schemes.
Public information integrity
Satire, opinion and good-faith mistakes are allowed, but manipulated media and demonstrably false claims designed to cause serious real-world harm may be labeled, reduced or removed. News publishers should use accurate headlines, name sources and correct material errors.
Real-user content in public iShare
Public iShare does not allow user posts, comments, images or videos created by generative AI. Publish your own experiences, opinions and original work rather than generated substitutes. AI-assisted development of the app is different from user-created community content.
This is a community rule, not a claim that iChat999 can reliably identify every AI-generated item. We do not promise fully automatic detection, removal or a fixed detection deadline. Reports are evaluated in context, and action notices provide applicable appeal steps. Official interface assets, including built-in cartoon avatars and stickers, may have been developed using AI tools; they are not evidence that a user post is authentic.
Sensitive content
Pornographic content, child exploitation and content whose primary purpose is graphic shock are prohibited. Do not publish another person's location without permission.
Reporting, blocking and appeals
Use the post menu or conversation safety controls to report content and block an account. Reports are confidential from the reported user. We review context and may prioritize imminent danger or child safety. If action is taken against your content or account, the notice will explain available appeal steps.
Our globally applicable Child Safety Standards explain iChat's zero-tolerance CSAE policy, in-app Child Safety report path, removal process, and legally required reporting of confirmed CSAM.
Emergency situations
iChat is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone faces immediate danger. Preserve relevant information and report through the app when safe to do so.
